Requirements: At least a good & stable 256Kbit/s line for 200Kbit/s. For the shown Medium Quality of 600Kbit/s at least a 1.5 Mbit/s DSL Line is required. Higher Speeds - by request, Modem or ISDN Chats - are possible, with a smaller image and some quality loss but is still working fine.
