Shooting

So how did I spent my weekend? Right: Shooting for you and browsing through the results, I think you will love what you get to see within the next weeks. I`ve been really really a busy bee. What I love about shooting in a hotel suite isn`t just the luxurious environment, it`s also the fun to change the room to my wishes, to build everything up and change a room to a studio to do my make up in another bathroom as usually - which often gives me new views of myself and new ideas. And when after several hours all is done, the lightning packed. the room is mine to enjoy. And I really enjoy it - first all to myself, winding down after modeling and getting back to earth and later I often invite friends in to party a bit. But just a bit, because usually the shooting goes on the next morning and that means I have to rise early. Here is a glimpse for you:
Weekend Party

Finally it was party time again! To give you an impression - this was how my day started: A bit tired on on my way to shop some groceries. I had no special plans, but a lot of new books from the library, a lawn waiting to be cut, and a sun chair waiting for me in the afternoon. Oh and I had the definite idea that somehow a plan for the evening would develop. And it did. Friends called me in the early afternoon, that they had been invited by friends to their new house. They had told them about me and I was definitely invited to the inauguration of the new pool - together with 30 other people. I knew some of them but now many. When I arrived at about 10 pm I seemed to be the last missing guest. People were sitting on the large terrace, enjoying a barbecue and lot`s of champagne. The pool (wow, what a pool) was waiting in the covered arcade and additionally a jaccuzzi bubbled at the other end of the terrace. I was happy I had brought a) my bikini and b) a toothbrush for the next morning, because I had the dawning feeling this would be a long night. And I was right! Just two hours later I found myself with 5 other girls in the jaccuzzi, while the host was sousing us with champagne. You can imagine the giggling and kissing. The night went on like that and at 4 am I decided to needed some fresh bath and jumped into the pool. Actually I still didn`t wear my bikini.... What a feeling. The cold water seemed to wash away the alcohol and I felt my naked body just glide through the water. Wonderful! Not that I hadn`t enjoyed the rest of the night *evil grin* As I didn`t stay alone in the water for long, I decided that it was definitely time to find a cozy place to sleep and found a cozy sofa with a blanket in the wintergarden. I woke up at dawn and I was the first one of those who had stayed overnight. The house looks out to endless fields and a far away wood. In between the sun was slowly rising over the gras. So beautiful. I got up without making noise, and jumped into the pool. The swimming woke me up completely, I took a shower, dressed and started to make coffee. it took two more hours till the rest of the crowd showed up in different kinds of conditions. Some asking for aspirin, other looking for coffee. But it didn`t take long until we found each other in the pool for refreshment and on the terrace with croissants and jam and fruits. it was Sunday and as nobody seemed willing to leave, I finally took out my bikini and spent a great day in the sun, talking, sleeping.
Feeling home

This picture shows me on one of those places I like best. It gives a great view over the sea, which I love and it shows the city spread over its mountains. It`s also a place to think about home. As I get tons of emails to most various subjects, I learned that at least 60% of you guys live far from home. So leaning over the handrail and mediating into the waves, I started to think about what makes us feel home. My Grandmother was one of the fugitives of WW II and lost her homeland, was her new home really a homeland? My Mum (who had to move a lot as a kid) says - home is where my family lives. You could probably say the same about best friends in case you don`t have a family. Or is home the place where you know where to find your fridge and a warm bed? I guess there are so many ways to define and to feel "home", each person has to make up his own mind. Last night, while poking through a second hand bookshop, I read: You are at home when a cat is there waiting for you. No matter what: I have two cats waiting for me - and I guess the same saying is valid for dogs. Whiel checking my blog I just saw that I seem to think a lot in the last weeks - I guess it`s time to think less and party more!!!! This morning I got an invitation for a gay street festival around here - time to run wild again!
Global warming

Let`s face it - global warming is started and there are not many chances to stop it anymore. Although I still believe that there is brain even in some politicians :-) This morning I watched a documentation (while doing my crunches - don`t want you to think I`m lazy *grin*) about how much pollution the different ways of making vacation causes. Believe me, a trip to Mexico isn`t the perfect way to improve your ecological footprint. Buying a bicylce and finding out more about your environment sounds better. But I`m not here to talk into your consciusness - I love to travel myself. But: Does that really look like global warming? Or is Emmerich right in his Iceage movie - It`s going to be really really cold in some parts of the world, before it get`s warm...

New Nails

Ok I confess. I love nice nails and that also includes my toenails. But to be honest the part I really really love to get them done. Imagine a nailstudio full of chatting vietnamese girls. Chatting in vietnamese certainly. I would love to know what they are talking about all day long, but perhaps it`s for the better. The customers - 98% women - range from housewives who get their nails polished weekly, to table dancers with really long colorful nails. Just to sit there and watch all those different characters is like a movie in cinema - and sometimes even more interesting. BUT: The best part. If you get your feet done, you are allowed to sit in a real massive, brown, leather massage chair. A machine is kneading up and down from your shoulders to your loins. mmmmmhhhhhmmm. Meanwhile your feet are soaking in warm creamy water and after some time, soft hands get them out, start to spoil your feet cm by cm, get your nails on and then: The footmassage. Actually that`s the moment when I start purring like a little cat. And it`s a really advantage that the girl speak vietnamese then - it sounds like a soft plashing fountain in the background. No reason to listen - just enjoy...

If you had told me the story 24 hours ago, I would have laughed about you.... But let`s start at the beginning. You might remember that bar from other blogs. I`ve been there rather often by now and always had a lot of fun. Nice guests, good cocktails, music and so on. We were a whole bunch of people in a corner of the first floor. It`s all usual, until 3 girls take the table next to us. They order with big discussions and extra wishes, then look around to make sure they have been seen by everybody. It doesn`t take long, until these girls start to talk and giggle about the rest of the guests. Who cares if some girls giggle? Nobody. About 20 minutes later I get up to powder my nose . 2 of the girls are standing in front of the mirror, refreshing their make up and starting to talk about me in english. No I`m ot paranoic, I understood them... My bobbs, shoes, handbag and so on. Pretending not to understand one word I smiled politely and waited for my turn at the mirror. Somehow I had the impression they were disappointed but still didn`t have enough alcohol to go for it. Returning back to my place I saw that they had ordered their third round of cocktails. I had about the same to be honest - but it took me two more hours to drink them :-) None of us took care of them, until we heard screaming and screeching! And now the unbelievable part starts: Two of the girls were actually fighting a third girl from a table on the other end of the bar. Pulling each others hair, yelling words, that would make my Granny blush (or get out her wooden spoon...). Guests were trying to seperate them, the barkeeper even called the police. What had happened turned out about half an hour later: They had done the same trick to the other girl, they had tried on me in the restroom. Talk mean in english. Unfortunately the other girl clearly made them know she understands and gave some (probably correct) words back. It didn`t take long and they really started a fight that ended up in the middle of the bar with black and blue bruises and a sprain... . Still happy that I decided not to react. Sometimes it`s better to close an ear or two.
Sooo happy

Imagine you have a cat who never came back home later then 3 am. in 7 years. Unbelievable. I know. But that`s Bonny. And she never failed to jump into my bed and say hello when back from hunting, before going to bed herself. So when nobody woke me up two nights ago, I woke up all by myself missing a light kiss on the nose. I searched the house, found Whiskey sound asleep, but no Bonny there. At 4am I put on sneakers and looked on the street - hoping not to find a little run over body. Luckily I didn`d her then, but she still didn`t show up. When Whiskey enjoyed his breakfast the next morning, I started to become really really really worried. Bonny is chipped and registered, so I phoned her in as missed cat in the shelters around here. In the afternoon I had the idea that she might sit in a garage or basement in the neighborhood while the inhabitants enjoy a vacation in Australia! So I printed 100 Flyers with her pic on it, asking people to check their house and garden. When I came back from distributing the flyers in all mail boxes of the neighborhood - no Bonny there. In the evening I let Whiskey out. Why imprison him - he is used to his nightly hunt and to visiting cat friends in the neighborhood. 2 hours later I decided to go to bed with a book, as no thriller was able to block my bad fantasies. I opened the front door to check one last time for Bonny and saw Whiskey: Twice as big as usual, walking to steps ahead of Bonny. She was wet and hungry and had a long story to tell. He was proud as big brothers can be who save little girls from trouble!!! Not sure if he really found her or if they had met on the way back home. But it was such a heartwarming view to see them come home together! I`m soooo happy and thankful!
The haunted package

Since 2 weeks I`m trying to send out a birthday package for my little nephew. It`s to big to be lost and it`s not heavy enough to be "forgotten" by a "backsick" mailman :-) The problem: I used a package that has been in use already. I often do that. Why not? So I crossed the old address label heavily with a thick black pencil and put on a new one on the other side if the package. 4 days later I started to wonder why nobody called me. One more day later I knew why: The package was standing on front of my house. ????? I checked and found out that I had crossed the address, but not the old barcode and the mail had just sent it back to me. This time I also crossed the barcode, went back to the mail office, explained my problem and those guys were nice enough to send it out again for free. We checked all labels and everything seemed to be ok. it just took 3 days this time to return the parcel back to me. That probably means an advantage, but it still wasn`t what I wanted. The birthday is over meanwhile... I returned, the clerk at the mail office checked the labels and his computer and: For whatever reason the old barcode had been saved there. Nobody had seen my really BIG address label and jsut sent it again to the crossed over address. I sent it out a third time today and hope for the best. I`m sure to see my nephew again by christmas, so it`s not such a big problem and I can deliver it by myself.
A new friend

First of all: I' m in the mountains right now together with my best friend. We both needed a day out urgently and after spending the whole day on a long walk through woods and over meadows, watching cows, laying in the grass, reading and watching the clouds pass by, we just decided to take a room for the night in a little but cozy bed & breakfast. Sometimes bad things happen even on good days with best friends. We started to fight and things got really mean. Let's face it: After all it was my fault in the beginning and here I want to say I'm sorry again. We separated for some hours and when we met again, hugged and said sorry, my best friend gave me something soft and small. It's my new companion for many nice hours and will live in my books from now on. I called the little bear Leonie. As you can see we are already best friends. We decided to drive back home early tomorrow morning and will spent the evening with a little dinner on the balcony and perhaps the night with shocking tourists with our cleavages in the village * Evil grin* or we just stay where we are and enjoy the view.... Oh important news - this pic has been shot with my new Hipstamatic. Sooooo cool!

Being nude

Not sure how many of you enjoy to be nude. I love it. And those of you who like to be nude - how many of them enjoy it in public? I really do. Why? Being nude feels so natural, free. You feel your body and your skin - you feel alive. Why I enjoy it in public? Actually it might be better just not to think about it. We are getting in Freud`s theories there :-) But why not let the last sunrays of a day on my boobs?
High Heels are dangerous

What started with watching fascinated how my best friend is trying to store even more shoes in her bedroom (no kidding, she is the queen of heels - I found shoes in her pressure cooker) ended .... but let me start. it all began with an invitation to our favourite shoe dealer. He had called in that some new stuff from italy had arrived and that he was willing to open up a bottle of champagne if we were a) willing to help him unpack and b) perhaps try something on. So what else should we do on a Saturday afternoon? While I was unpacking the chaos, my friend started her private fashion show and ended up buying 3 pairs of sandals. Tipsy and happy we walked back to her apartment when she suddenly had the idea that those shoes need to be stored immidiately. Not willing to get a ladder, she stood on a chair - just to find out that she is to small. I tried to talk her out of it. Honestly. But she insisted on her positive experience in furniture acrobatics and added a footstool to the chair. When all three boxes were stored on the wardrobe I started to breath again and looked forward to sunbathing on her balcony, when I heard her sream hysterically, saw the footstool move to the side, jumped into her direction again and - she fell on the floor. The reason? A harmless little black spider living on top of the wardrobe. She was in pain and her ankle started to swell rather quickly. Not daring to drive after the champagne in the shoeshop, I went to the neighbor ( a real real nice guy) and he brought us to the hospital. The ankle was broken and they denied her a cast with embedded high heel :-) So what do we learn? High Heels are dangerous as long as you don`t wear them!

Somehow the last weekend didn`t fulfill my expectations. I longed for something nice, warm, peaceful beautiful with a lot of relaxing and sleep. But somehow all people around me seemed to be irritated of not aggressive. The weather? No idea. After all it`s 4.30 pm now and all the time I spent at my desk today was completely useless. You know these days when nothing you touch ever works out? So I decided to call it a day now, packed a book and my laptop and now I`m on the way to a cafe in the mountains, where I usually meet some friends and if not - they have a great terrace facing the sea, icecream, coffee and seafood in the evening. So this what I`m going to do for the next hours. And perhaps there is still going to be a call: PARTYYYYY tonight. Although longing for peace and sleep I know I won`t be able to resist.
Irritated

A nap in the garden can be wonderful... Actually this nap wasn`t planned before. I had a book with me and was expecting a friend over in an hour or so. The hour went by and the friend stood in front of my door, ringing and calling. I didn`t hear ANYTHING. So - she climbed over the gardenwall (so glad she hasn`t been caught by somebody :-)) and caught me fast asleep, the book all over my face. I love you guys - but I won`t show you THAT pic. So what you get from me today is a mostly irritated look, freshly awake and wondering where and who I am!
